An Act to amend the Declaratory Judgments Act 1994

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Declaratory Judgments Amendment Act 2006 and shall be read together with an deemed part of the Declaratory Judgments Act 1994 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act").

2. Declaratory orders on originating summons - Section 3 of the principal Act is amended by deleting from subsection (1) the words "any regulation, bylaw," and substituting the word "any enactment,"
