An Act to repeal the Diesel Road Tax Ordinance 1962

(21 March 1977

BE IT ENACTED by the Legislative Assembly of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. Short Title and commencement – (1) This Act may be cited as the Diesel Road Tax Ordinance Repeal Act 1977.

(2) This Act shall come into effect on and as from the 1st April 1977.

2. Repeal of the Diesel Road Tax Ordinance 1962 – The Diesel Road Ordinance 1962 is hereby repealed.

This Act is administered by the Ministry of Trade, Industries, Labour and Commerce.
