An Act to declare, for the avoidance of doubt, the Land and Income Tax Act 1954 of New Zealand and certain related enactments to be not in force in the Cook Islands

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Land and Income Tax Repeal Act 1994.

2. Repeals

For the avoidance of doubt, the enactments of the Parliament of New Zealand specified in the Schedule to this Act are declared to be not in force in the Cook Islands.

This Act is administered by the Inland Revenue Department
