An Act to amend the Overseas Exchange Fees Act 1975 to provide for increased fees

(9 March 1979)

BE IT ENACTED by the Legislative Assembly of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by authority of the same, as follows:

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Overseas Exchange Fees Amendment Act 1978-79 and shall be read together with and deemed port of the Overseas Exchange Fees Act 1975 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act").

2. Establishment of Fees - Section 3 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the deletion in sub-section 2 of the words "one half of".

3. Minimum fee payable - Section 5 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the addition to the word "dollar" of the words "and fifty cents".
