An Act to amend the Transport Act 1966

(14 October 1975

BE IT ENACTED by the Legislative Assembly of the Cook Islands in cession assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short Title and Commencement - (1) This Act may be cited as The Transportation Amendment Act 1975 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Transport Act 1966 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act").

(2) This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of October 1975.

2. Fees - The First Schedule to the principal Act is hereby repealed and the Schedule to this Act substituted in its place.
