PURSUANT to section 4(3) of the Building Controls and Standards Act 1991, His Excellency the Queen’s Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

1. Title
2. National Building Code

ORDER

1. Title and commencement - This Order may be cited as the Building Controls and Standards (National Building Code) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2005 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Building Controls and Standards Order 1991.

2. National Building Code - The National Building Code is amended by adding after Part A3.3, the following section –

“A3.4 Building height restriction

No building shall exceed a rise of 3 storeys.”
