PURSUANT to section 31(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1955 of New Zealand, as applied in the Cook Islands by the Companies Act 1970-71, His Excellency the Queen's Representative acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER

1. Title - This Order may be cited as the Companies Approval of Use (Zetland Trust (Cook Islands Limited) Order) 2005.

2. Approval of name - The name "Zetland Trust (Cook Islands) Limited" is hereby approved as the name to which Global Network Trust (Cook Islands) Limited, may change its name.

3. Revocation - The Companies (Global Network Trust (Cook Islands) Limited) Name Approval Order 2000 is hereby revoked.
