His Excellency the Queen’s Representative in Executive Council
Pursuant to sections 4 (1), (2) and (10) of the Cook Islands National Superannuation Act 2000, His Excellency the Queen’s Representative, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following Order—

Order

  1. Title

This Order is the Cook Islands National Superannuation Board (Remuneration) Amendment Order 2017.

  1. Commencement

This Order is deemed to have come into force on 1 January 2017.

  1. Repeals

The Cook Islands National Superannuation Board (Remuneration) Order 2001 is repealed.

  1. Schedule (Remuneration of Board Directors)

The Remuneration of Board Directors shall be in accordance with the Schedule.

“Board Chairperson - $15,000 per annum

“Board members - $10,000 per annum”
