Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE QUEEN'S REPRESENTATIVE IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

PURSUANT to sections 1(3) and 36(1) of the Cook Islands National Superannuation Act 2000, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER

1. Title and commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Cook Islands National Superannuation Fund Order (4) 2007.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 1 April 2007.

2. Interpretation - In this Order the categories refer to:

(a) HA 001 members comprising the employees of Cook Islands Steel Industry;

(b) HA 002 members comprising the employees of Rarotonga Glass & Aluminium Ltd;

(c) HA 003 members comprising the employees of Prestige Furnishings Ltd;

(d) HA 004 members comprising the employees of Aretumu Joinery Ltd;

(e) HB 001 members comprising the employees of D R Builders;

(f) HB 002 members comprising the employees of Jim Brown & Sons Limited;

(g) HB 003 members comprising the employees of Keta Williams;
