PURSUANT to Section 5 (4) of the Financial Supervisory Commission Act 2003, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Regulations.

ORDER

l. Title - This Order may be cited as the Financial Supervisory Commission (Remuneration and Allowances) Order 2006.

(2) This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on 1 April 2006.

2. Remuneration and allowances - There shall be paid to Board members such sums and allowances as described in the Schedule hereto.
