PURSUANT to Section 15 of the House of Ariki Act 1966, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.

ORDER

1. Title and commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the House of Ariki (Salary and Allowances) Order 2005.

(2) This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on 1 July 2004.

2. Salary and allowances - There shall be paid to the House of Ariki such sums and allowances as described in the Schedule hereto.
