PURSUANT to section 30 of the Money-Changing and Remittance Businesses Act 2009, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following regulations:

REGULATIONS

1. Title and commencement - (1) These regulations may be cited as the Money-Changing and Remittance Businesses Regulations 2010.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of May 2010.

2. Fees - For the purposes of section 15 the fees payable are specified in the Schedule to these Regulations.

3. Security bond - For the purposes of section 25 an amount of $10,000 is prescribed.
