PURSUANT to section 46 of the Trustee Companies Act 1981-82, His Excellency the Queen’s Representative acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following Regulations:

REGULATIONS

1. Title - These Regulations may be cited as the Trustee Companies Amendment Regulations 2005 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Trustee Companies Regulations 1982 (hereinafter called “the principal regulations”).

2. Fees - The principal regulations (as amended by the Trustee Companies Amendment Regulations 1997) are further amended by deleting from the Schedule to those regulations, the words and figures set out in the Schedule to these regulations.
