JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

1. The appellant appealed against decisions of the High Court dated 8 October 2008 and 15 January 2009 on an application for judicial review of a decision of a magistrate in a land case.
   
2. When the appeal was called, counsel advised that the case has settled and they provided a written consent order as follows:
   

By consent appeal allowed and the land Korobu 764o shall be registered in the names of:

Utimawa Tominiko for the issues of Tominiko Tentau, Betero for the issues of Meeri Tentau, Arobete Tio and Temarena Tebwara for the issues of Atata Tentau.

3. Accordingly, there will be a consent order in the above terms.
