JUDGMENT

The Attorney-General, through the Assistant Senior State Advocate, has entered a nolle prosequi by stating in Court that it is not intended that these proceedings continue. The accused is accordingly discharged in respect of the charge of embezzlement by a clerk or servant contrary to section 266(b)(ii) of the Penal Code Cap. 67.
