The parties have come to a settlement.

Terms: (1) the appellant within 28 days to repair the net to a standard the same as the undamaged parts

(2) the appellant to pay $75.00 to the respondent

The appeal, by consent, is allowed and the order of the Magistrates' Court quashed: in its place, the appellant is

(1) within 28 days to repair the respondent's net to a standard the same as the undamaged parts, and

(2) to pay $75.00 to the respondent.
