ORDER

UPON HEARING THE LAWYER FOR THE APPLICANT

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The sum of $25,000 having been paid into Court by the Ministry of Finance in respect of the death of Tabanga Terao (also known as Tabanga Kaabunang) be distributed as follows:-

i. The sum of $8335.00 to Nei Etita Tabanga.

ii. The sum of $16665.00 being shares of Nei Tebwa Tabanga and Ten Tebaka Tabanga be given to the applicant Nei Aribo Iotebwa.

2. The shares payable to the child of the deceased namely Nei Etita Tabanga shall be paid to the Director of Lands who shall hold such shares upon trust until the child reaches the ages of 18.
