Stay of execution in respect of the decision of the Lands Court of South Tarawa made on the 26^th October 2000 and enforced in CNTT 9/03 on 27^th February 2003 ordering Burenneita to leave land he is now staying at with his daughter, Mirian until their appeal against such eviction has been decided or until further order.
