ADOPTION ORDER

HAVING perused the application by the above-named Applicants and affidavits in support, having spoken to the children and having heard Mr Berina, Counsel for the Applicants and being satisfied that:-

1. The natural parents consent to the adoption and that each of them understands that they will lose their parental rights as a result of an adoption order,
   
2. An adoption order will be for the welfare of the children
   
3. The Applicants have not received or agreed to receive and no person has given or agreed to give to the Applicants any payment or reward in consideration of the adoption,
   

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-named Applicants be jointly authorised to adopt ERITANA TIUNE and TEBIKEI TIUNE as their own children.
