Upon the concession of Ms Taoaba for the respondents, application granted. Order as follows:

(1) The decision in case No. CNTT 264/2002 be quashed;

(2) There be a hearing regarding registration over the estate of Sr Alice Tuana and that all interested parties be notified of such hearing.

Case returned to the Magistrates' Court for hearing in accordance with the order.
