ORDER

By consent, order:

(1) The defendant will deliver the truck forthwith to the plaintiff at Tarawa Motors

(2) The plaintiff to pay to the defendant the balance of the purchase price, $58,390.00, by monthly instalments of $3,750, the first payment to be made on 1 June 2004

(3) In default of payment of any instalment, the full balance to be payable forthwith by the plaintiff to the defendant

(4) No order as to costs.
