By consent, order quashing the decision of the Single Magistrate on 13 January 2003 in CN EA: 03/03 on condition that the applicants take fresh proceedings in the Magistrates’ Court to have their names registered after the late Kakiaba Tekanene. The application in the Magistrates’ Court must be made within one month: otherwise this order is to be void.
