Parties now agree that this is really the continuation of the distribution of an estate which may be heard in the Magistrates’ Court. Single Magistrate Teauama is part heard but expressed doubt about her jurisdiction. So far as is necessary jurisdiction given to the Magistrates’ Court to hear and determine the distribution.
