ORDER

In settlement of this action, ORDER by consent that the plaintiff N. Tebura Naunta have possession:

(a) forthwith, of the truck BTC 7752;

(b) within three weeks, of the corrugated iron roofing forming part of the verandah of the house;

(c) within one month, of the water tank referred to in paragraph 17 of the affidavit of the plaintiff sworn on 21 December 2009.

The action to stand struck out once these terms have been carried out.

No order as to costs.
