ORDER
By consent, the following things are to be done:
- The three hotel rooms controlled by the applicant before the commencement of the proceeding are to be returned to her by the respondent, and
- A new but separate account in the name of the business is to be opened with the ANZ Bank. Both Parties are to have a say in its transaction. All monies of the business are to be deposited in this account. One cannot withdraw from this account without the consent and signature of the other.
Further order, that the water supply to the house/building occupied by the applicant is to be reconnected and both parties to assist
in identifying the leakage and to fix it.
This Order remains in force until after the determination of the substantive claim or further Orders of the Court.
