UPON HEARING Ms Maitinnara of Counsel for the Plaintiff and Mr Tekanene of Counsel for the Defendant IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

  1. Discovery and Inspection to be made within 7 days;
  2. Admission of facts, if any, to be made 7 days thereafter;
  3. Plaintiff and Defendant to call two witnesses each;
  4. Evidence of witnesses by affidavit or Statement on Oath to be filed and exchanged, 28 days thereafter;
  5. Parties to settle issues 21 days thereafter;
  6. Witnesses to attend trial to be cross examined if required:
  7. Plaintiff to request trial date within 60 days;
  8. Defendant to file Amended Defence 7 days from today's date;
  9. Liberty to apply.
