Having heard Mr Berina of Counsel for the Defendant and applicant in this matter, and Mr Kaongotao of Counsel for the Plaintiff, and having considered the affidavits from both sides, I hereby grant an Order to set aside the Default Judgment dated the 2 April 2012 and the Writ of Fieri Facias dated the 8 May 2012, with cost of $250.00 to be paid by the Defendant.
