JUDGMENT


There are two applications before this Court, one is from the appellant for an Order to send the respondent to prison for failing to comply with the order against him dated the 3 May 2012, and the other application is from the respondent to vary or set aside this same order.


After considering submissions from both sides and after considering the provisions of the Maintenance Ordinance, it is hereby ordered that this case is remitted to the Magistrate Court to consider any applications regarding the enforcement or variation or setting aside of the High Court Orders and any other orders made thereafter.


Both parties are to file their applications with the Magistrates Court for hearing.
