PROCEEDINGS

Court: The Notice to Show Cause was not issued. But be that as it may the record shows that an interlocutory judgment was entered on 22 October 2008. Since then no further action was done on the matter. It is more than six years since such judgment was entered.

The execution of this judgment has long expired by virtue of O.45 r.22 of the Civil Procedure Rules. But since no steps have been taken to prosecute the suit for all this time the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
