ORDER

After the Judgment Debtor has been orally examined by the Judgment Creditor on 14th March 2017, she agreed that the land rent she receives every year from Tabiteuea Meang Island Council in respect of the leased land located in Terikiai village known as Taboaine 401-31 be used to settle the sum of $12,500.00 due under the judgment dated 19th February 2015.

It is therefore HEREBY ORDERED that Tabiteuea Island Council pays the full rent payable under the lease agreement to the Government of Kiribati starting from this year and to continue on until the total sum of $12,500.00 is fully paid.

Liberty is given to both parties to reapply should the circumstances change.
