JUDGMENT

HAVING heard the plaintiff and having heard Mr Amten of Counsel for the plaintiff and Mr Berina of Counsel for the defendant and the defendant conceding the plaintiff’s balance of his claim in this matter, IT IS ORDERED that judgment be entered for the plaintiff in the sum of $9,613.57 (inclusive of costs of $700.00) together with interest at the rate of 5% per annum from the date of judgment.
