DRAFT ORDERS OF CONSENT

TAKE NOTICE that in settlement of this appeal both parties have agreed on the following terms:

1. The decision of the Magistrate Court of Aranuka in CNAR 02/17 given on 23 January

2017 is set aside and quashed,

2. The matter is remitted to the Magistrate Court of Aranuka for rehearing in accordance with section 16 of the Native Lands Code,
   
3. Before the rehearing begins, the Magistrate Court of Aranuka has to ensure that parties have registered titles over the lands or the seawall.
