4 AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE


Cabinet makes the following Regulations under section 102(2)(b) of the Births Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2017:

  1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Births Deaths and Marriages Registration (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 2019.


  1. Commencement

These Regulations come into effect on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

  1. Amendment of Births Deaths and Marriages Registration (Forms) Regulations 2018

The Births Deaths and Marriages Registration (Forms) Regulations 2018 are amended by the provisions of these Regulations.

  1. Amendment to Schedule

Form 8 of the Schedule is deleted and substituted.
