Cabinet makes the following regulations under the Education Act 2011

Notified on 5 April 2013

1 Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

2 Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on the day after the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3 Amendment of Education Regulations 2012

The Schedule amends the Education Regulations 2012.
