BEFORE Justice Cameron sitting at Honiara this 21st day of May 2007.


  1. Bail varied by permitting the applicant to leave Honiara for Malaita Island on 14 June 2007 or later date and to return to Honiara no later than 30 June 2007.
  2. Residential and reporting conditions of the applicant’s existing bail conditions are to be suspended for the duration of the applicant’s absence from Honiara.
