JUDGMENT


IT IS ORDERED and DECLARED against the Respondent as follows:


1.
That the Respondent, the SOLOMON ISLANDS NATIONAL UNION OF WORKERS, be wound up by the court under the provisions of the Trade Union Act [Cap 76].
2.
In the alternate the Registrar of Trade Union De-registered the Respondent in accordance with the Section 18 of the Trade Union Act [Cap 76]
3.
Costs of and incidental to this application be the Petitioner's costs of the Petition.
