COURT RULE:

As Joseph Taega (Dfd) withdraw himself from being a defendant in this case before this Court. This Court cannot proceed on with this case with him as he already sign his official signature in this record for certifying withdrawal. Joseph Taega. (Dfd) stated descendant from female, have no right to claim ownership of whole of Siubongi land. Any party to dispute Siubongi should claim male descendant of Siubongi land and not Joseph Taega. Therefore this Court now officially close this case.

Case closed. No order for cost.
