AN ACT TO AMEND THE STATISTICS ACT (CHAPTER 54).
ENACTED by the National Parliament of Solomon Islands
Short title
Commencement
1. This Act may be cited as the Statistics (Amendment) Act 2007 and shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notice published in the Gazette.
Amendment of section 13 of Cap. 54
2. Section 13 of the Statistics Act is hereby amended -
(a) in subsections (1) and (2) by deleting the words "eight hundred dollars" and substituting therefore the words "Fourteen thousand dollars"; and
(b) in subsection (3) by deleting the words "four hundred dollars" and substituting therefore the words "seven thousand dollars".
