COURT OF APPEAL REVIEW

1. The Appellant and Cross Appellants are to prepare appeal books containing:-
   
   • (a) Notice of Appeal;
   • (b) Grounds of Appeal;
   • (c) Judgment (appellant only);
   • (d) Sentence Judgment (appellant only);
   • (e) Copies of any required parts of the evidence;
   • (f) Skeleton arguments;
   • (g) List of any authorities.
     
2. The appellant and cross-appellants are to file five copies of their respective appeal book and serve one copy on each other by 3 p.m. on 7th October.
   
3. The respondents and cross-respondent are to file five copies of the response and serve one copy on the appellant and cross-appellants respectively by 3 p.m. on 14^th October.
   
4. All respondents are to report to the Supreme Court at Luganville, Espiritu Santo at 9 a.m. on 14^th October. They will then be required to attend the Supreme Court at Luganville at 9 a.m. on 21^st October. A warrant will be issued for any defendants who do not attend on 14^th October. The Public Prosecutor is to arrange service of notice on the respondents.
