Decision: Detainee is released on Parole on standard and special conditions to remain until 3 February 2015.

Release Condition: Please refer to Sentence Plan conditions 1 – 6.

1. Undertake SDA church men's fellowship and church active programs.
   
2. Must undertake a custom reconciliation ceremony to the victim as directed and arranged by the probation services.
   
3. Must undertake the Niu Rod Program with the Probation service and any other rehabilitation programs.
   
4. Must not have any contact with the victim unless authorized by the probation officer.
   
5. A community justice supervisor is to be appointed at Ohlen Freshwind SDA Church area to supervise him and monitor him as directed by the Probation Officer.
   
6. Not to reoffend this offence and others.
   

Note: In the event that he wishes to change his place of residence, he must advise the Probation Officer to apply for variation of conditions accordingly.
