Decision: His application for release on parole is approved on standard and special conditions to remain on parole until S.E.D on 18/09/019. He has served a total of 6 years 9 months of his 13 year term and based on the Centre Manager's Report, the board believes he poses no further risk to the community.

Release Condition: Please refer the 5 conditions proposed by the P/O in his Pre-Release Report. The board has heard confirmations that all the 5 Massings intend to return to their village at South East Ambrym immediately upon release.

Release Date: Normally within 1 week from date of decision but in the case of the massings, it is subject to funds being available for them to travel. These comments apply especially to the other massings.
