Release Condition: Please refer to Sentence Plan conditions 1 – 6.

1. To undertake spiritual counseling and undertake any church activities as directed by Probation officer.
   
2. (a) To be supervised by his chief Yatu Wilson in Tanna and chief Peter Kaoh in Port Vila.

(b) To notify his chief should he wish to travel to other villages.

3. To refrain from contacting the victim in any way unless with the written approval of his Probation officer with assistance of his Paramount chief.

4. To continue undertake program directed by Probation officer "Niu Rod Program"

5. To perform kastom ceremony to victim and family as well as chiefs and his community.

6. Not to reoffend this offence or other offences.

7. In the event he wishes to change his place of residence he must inform his Probation Officer to apply for variation.
