Decision: His application for release on parole is approved on standard and special conditions to remain until his Sentence End Date on 06/01/2015.

Release Conditions: - That he returns back to Tongariki and reside with his family until his sentence end date but in the first weeks to be with his brother Mr Daniel Firiam at Malapoa before repartriation.

- To reside under the care of Chief Morris Timakata

- To undertake Niufala Rod Program as directed by Probation Officer

- To undertake spiritual counseling by a Pastor or Church as arranged by the Probation Services.

- Must not re-offend again
