Decision: His application for release on Compassionate grounds is accepted and approved on standard and specials conditions. He must remain as such until his Sentence End Date in November 2026.

Release Conditions: - He must not reoffend or commit any other criminal offences.
- He must return to live with his relatives in Port Vila
- He must continue to attend and receive medical treatment at the VCH
- He must be closely monitored by the Probation Officer
- He must be reviewed after three months in November
- Not to engage in any employment or private job for gain without authorization of Probation Officer
