Decision: His Application is approved on the recommendation of the Centre Manager. He is to remain on parole for the 12 months to December 2015 on standard and speical conditions

Release Condition:- To go back to his home island.

- To be supervised by his Community Justice Supervisor as appointed by his Probation Officer until end of Parole Sentence.
- To undertake Niufala Rod Program as directed by a Probation Officer
- to keep his distance and not to make any contact in any form to the victim but only through a Probation Officer for the sake of a custom reconciliation arrangement
- Not to reoffend or commit any other offence
- To be monitored closely by Chief Willie Wari and Ps Obed Narai to the event of any breaches, these persons will appear and give reasons for these breaches.
