Decision: His application for release on parole is approved on standard and special conditions to remain until his Sentence End Date on 26th January 2019. His special conditions require that his CJS and Pastor be present at his release to be explained about their duties to provide weekly reports.

Release Condition:

- To be strictly by Jif Rolland as CJS with weekly reports to Probation Service

- To involve in to any Church activities with Ps Kaltal at NTM with weekly reports to Probation Service

- To undertake “Niufala Rod Program” as directed by a Probation Officer

- Not to re-offend in anyway against the Law

- To remain at his home and residence between 6:00pm and 6:00am each night for a period of 1 year and be closely monitored by Chief Rolland with weeks reports to Probation Service.

Release Date: Within one week from the date of decision
