Decision: His application is approved for release on parole on standard and special conditions to remain until 21st October 2019.

Release Condition: - To be supervised directly by his Probation Officer and to report to his Probation Officer any threats against him for safety reasons.

- To undertake Spiritual Counselling with Pastor Allen Navuki Presbyterian Church as and when arranged by the Probation Services.

- To undertake “Niufala Rod Program” as directed by a Probation officer.

- To Undertake “Corruption Awareness Module” as directed by the Probation officer.

- To make a public apology to the Nation over the media within 7 days and a custom reconciliation to families within 21 days.

- Not to hold public office within the period of ten yeas or so

- To abstain from any actions directly against any other political groupings.

- Not to re-offend
