JUDGMENT:

Having heard both parties the Court finds the defendant guilty. The defendant Manley Tari is ordered

1. To pay to the plaintiff Titus, Tari and amount of vt40,000

2. You are ordered to settle the payment within four months period commencing from date of this orders

3. Both parties are given liberty to appeal within 30 days commencing from these Orders.
