JUDGMENT


Upon reading claim of the plaintiff and having heard the defendant admitted that he is the father of Samony Rensly Tarilini, the Court find the defendant guilty. The defendant Moses Bakeo is therefore ordered to;


1. Pay to the mother of Simony Rensly Tarilini and amount of vt4000


2. Commence payment on the 30th of April 2008 and shall continue thereafter each calendar month until the said child reaches 18 years of age.


Both parties are given liberty to appeal within 30 days commencing from these Orders.


Date at SARATAMATA on 04th April 2008.
