JUDGMENT GIVEN
on the 23rd February
1911 at Vila.
The Court dccides.to drop the action versus Mace who died on the 18th December 1911.
Salvin is dismissed from the case for want of profit Willy is fined £2 and sentenced to five days' of imprisonment. Mousse is fined £1 and sentenced to five days of imprisonment. Costs to be paid by both.
The case of powder that was seized by the officer of Police at Santo is confiscated.
